The Beta Well Service Inc. announced today that it signed a letter of intent to buy all Quest Petroleum Group’s interests, which include two FSU joint ventures. Beta said the deal would give Quest share holders two million shares of common Beta stock and 50 percent of profits made from the Kazakhstan deal.
